This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are made through:


Customers can cancel scheduled appointments with Freelancers before the start of the 24 hour period prior to the scheduled appointment time. Funds for cancelled appointments will be automatically refunded to the Customer.

If the Customer cancels the booked appointment within 24 hours prior to the booked appointment time, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.


The Customer may request a refund for the booked service under the following circumstances:

  • The Freelancer does not attend the previously booked appointment with the Customer.
  • Cancellation of appointments and orders at the request of any of the users.
  • The Freelancer cancels the previously booked appointment with the Customer.
Processing your refund

Once your refund request has been received and accepted. The Customer will receive a 100% refund of the value paid for the booked service.
